Library Membership
Library Membership:
Faculty, students, and employees of the Institute are entitled to the membership of the Library.
For Library membership everyone is required to fill up a membership form. The form is available at the circulation counter OR can be downloaded from the library website.
All faculty, students and staff members can use library facilities by showing Institute ID cards issued which is treated as the library membership card.
How to Get the Library Membership?
Students have to do Self-Registration to get a membership of the library followed by submitting a soft copy of a passport-size photograph through the email at library.circulation[at]spab.ac.in and a hard copy of the Library Membership Form along with a photocopy of Admission slip/Bonafide Certificate /Institution ID card at Circulation Desk.
Library Membership Form is available at the Library website or at the Circulation Desk.
Membership Privileges:
The Bonafide members of the institute have the following privileges as per the category.
Borrowed books must be returned within/ on the due date mentioned in the due date slip of the document issued.
Each member has to produce his/ her ID card at the Circulation Counter to issue/ borrow the document.
