The library houses an excellent collection of books and micro-documents which cover different sub-areas of Architecture and Planning like the history of architecture, architectural structure, public structures, religious & residential buildings, building construction, structural engineering, landscape architecture, interior design & decoration, decorative arts, urban & regional planning, construction management, economics, sustainable development, drawings, paintings, design, transport & logistics management etc. 

The library has a collection of theses and dissertations of PhD, PG and UG students of the institute are also hosted on IR@SPA Bhopal institute repository (digital), which can be accessed using the following link.

IR@SPA Bhopal is a digital repository and the objective of the repository is to collect, preserve, and disseminate the scholarly output of the SPA Bhopal and function as an important source of communication of the information generated through the day-to-day activities.
